8. Use of Google Analytics
8.1 This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are text files stored on your computer to analyze your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide additional services related to website usage and internet usage.
8.2 The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
8.3 You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings; however, we would like to inform you that in this case, you may not be able to utilize all features of this website fully. Additionally, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
8.4 This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”, which ensures that IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, thus excluding any personal identification. If the data collected about you is personally identifiable, it will be immediately excluded and your personal data will be deleted without delay.
8.5 We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained help us enhance our offerings and make them more appealing to you as a user. For exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which you can find at https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

You can disable cross-device analysis of your usage in your customer account under “My Data,” “Personal Data”: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
9. Use of Google Analytics
As a Google AdWords customer, we utilize Google Conversion Tracking, an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). When you arrive at our website through a Google advertisement, Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer (“Conversion Cookie”). This cookie expires after 30 days and does not serve for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our site before the cookie expires, we and Google can recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was redirected to our site. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie, preventing tracking across the websites of different AdWords customers. The information obtained through the Conversion Cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who opted for conversion tracking. AdWords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were directed to a page tagged for conversion tracking; however, they do not receive information that allows for personal identification. The legal basis for utilizing this technology is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by disabling cookies in your browser settings (opt-out option). In this case, you will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

10. Google Web Fonts
To enhance the visual presentation of various information on this website, we use Google Web Fonts (available at https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Roboto and https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Roboto+Condensed).
The web fonts are transmitted to the browser cache to enable their use for display purposes. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or if access is blocked, text will be displayed in a standard font.
Google Web Fonts “Roboto” and “Roboto Condensed” are licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0: http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0. Privacy information can be found in the Google Privacy Center at http://www.google.com/intl/de-DE/policies/privacy/. The legal basis for using Google Web Fonts is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
11. Facebook Integration
11.1 We currently use a social media plug-in from Facebook, employing the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially transmitted to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the plug-in provider by the marking on the box, which shows its initial letter or logo. We give you the option to communicate directly with the plug-in provider via the button. Only when you click on the marked field and activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed our online service. Additionally, the data specified in Section 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. According to the provider, the IP address is anonymized immediately after collection in Germany. Therefore, by activating the plug-in, personal data will be transmitted to the plug-in provider and stored in the USA. Since the plug-in provider collects data, particularly through cookies, we recommend deleting all cookies through your browser’s security settings before clicking on the grayed-out box.
11.2 We have no influence over the data collected or processing activities, nor do we know the full extent of data collection, the purposes of processing, or storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of data collected by the plug-in provider.
11.3 The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses this data for advertising, market research, and/or tailored design of their website. Such evaluations are particularly carried out (even for non-logged-in users) to display targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right, you must contact the respective plug-in provider. Through the plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users, which allows us to improve our offerings and make them more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for using the plug-in is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
11.4 Data transmission occurs regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, the data we collect about you will be directly associated with your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider will also store this information in your user account and share it publicly with your contacts. We recommend logging out of social networks regularly, especially before activating the button, to avoid linking data to your profile with the plug-in provider.
11.5 For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider, please refer to the provider’s privacy policy. There, you will also find additional information about your rights and options regarding privacy protection.
